Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us with photos, and we will refund you for the damaged and/or missing items. The shipping costs will not be refunded. If you message us after 24 hours have passed since your package was delivered, we will not provide any refunds.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for lost or delayed shipments. We do not provide refunds if you are unhappy with the item you ordered, or if the shipment was misdelivered. If the shipment is returned to sender, we will refund you for the items inside, but not for the shipping costs.
